When discharging patients in restraints to PES, select the new option added to the Disposition field: "Discharge to PES w/ Restraints"
Selecting this option creates the following risk management language in the chart automatically:
Discharge from ED to PES with behavioral restraint for transport of patient from ED to PES while on legal hold and continuous staff observation during transport to keep patient free from injury.
